I was about 6 months post-baby when I decided it was time to start taking some well deserved “me” time. I spend long work days sitting in front of a computer, and I tend to feel sluggish after signing off for the day. Taking Sami’s class in the evening helps to take my mind off my 9-5, and in the end the time has flown by. Afterwards I feel more alert and ready to take on my evening and night. I am typically go-go-go all day, and no matter how stressed or exhausted I am I immediately feel energized and accomplished after choosing to put myself first for 45 minutes!
